Dr. Galin Zlatanov

He completed higher medical education at MU-Pleven in 1997. In 2005, he acquired a speciality in general surgery after speciality training at MU-Sofia. In 2017, he completed speciality training at the National Hospital in Cardiology and acquired a speciality in vascular surgery. For a short time he worked at the National Hospital in Cardiology, thereafter he moved to the Ministry of Internal Affairs Hospital – Sofia. He is a consultant in surgery at Sveta Petka Multi-Profile Hospital for Active Treatment Vidin. He has been working at Medica 2005 Medical Center – Vidin Branch since its foundation in 2005. Specialization in Doppler sonography of peripheral vessels.

Special interests in the field of Doppler sonography of peripheral vessels, chronic arterial insufficiency of the lower extremities, conservative treatment of deep venous thrombosis.
